During the Spring of 2021, Reground collaborated with Underepair Design Team to host a series of events dedicated to bringing together the young Boston Theatre community to reimagine and deconstruct inherently racist institutions and power structures. These events featured workshops led by professional facilitators in their fields, journaling and drawing activities, discussion of our community and ourselves, and even a dance party to reconnect ourselves with our bodies and the world around us.
